It’s nearly been two weeks since I returned from the FM4 festival following my trip to Senegal, so the start of my 90-days-challenge is looming.
It was on this trip that I decided to start the challenge to get my life back on track. Don’t get my wrong, I do quite okay. Nevertheless, I recognized a few areas that I am not competely satisfied with.
Personal, financial, physical and work are the topics I am going to work on, sticking to a strict 90-day-plan, and aiming to achieve set results.
At first I wanted to start right after coming back, but I used the first week to straighten out some issues and some todos. To have a great start and really focus on my goals and tasks, I did not want to have any clutter distracting me.
From time to time I take a deeper look at what I do, and what I want to do. Usually in times when I do not work that much, as my mind is free to think about myself.
In this holiday I spent a few sleepless nights due to worries about my company. Nothing bad happened in my absence, but worries lead to more worries and incorporate all the stuff that you subconciously think about. That was the first impulse – to get these things running on autopilot, and eliminate the need to think about them.
The second part was myself, personally and physically, as I spent the past few months drinking too much and doing too little sports, which reflected on my figure as well as on my health.
Reading Superhuman By Habit: A Guide to Becoming the Best Possible Version of Yourself, One Tiny Habit at a Time by Tynan, I discovered a few more areas that I could and should automate.
All this together resulted in me wanting to change my life for the better.
Stick to the plan
I am a guy who gets excited really quickly. About a lot of stuff. Until the first excitement ceases, and one more project stays unfinished.
Therefor I decided to share my journey through the 90 days from September 4th until December 2nd. I encourage everyone to help me keep on track.
